At Peppermill Interiors, we want you to be delighted with your home furnishings, which is why we offer a straightforward return process for items that do not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Notify us of your intent to return by emailing our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Items

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original boxes and protective wrapping to ensure it remains undamaged during the transit back to our warehouse.

  Arrange Transportation

  Once approved, you can either arrange your own courier or request that we organize a collection service for you, with the associated shipping costs deducted from your final refund.

  Inspection and Refund

  Upon receipt and successful inspection of the returned goods at our facility, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
